The section on capital is amazing as I understand much better/clearly the importance of forming a business correctly as it relates to raising capital from investors by issuing shares of stock. Additionally, I really understand the importance of "smart money" as this decision is greatly important because not only do "smart money" investors invest money, they invest experience, advice about how to run the business, and at what point seek an infusion of cash to grow your business. This is what I need to read. I'm looking forward to volume II and starting my business plan based on what your writings and teachings. Peace...
